SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT
The Scientific Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for consideration and inclusion in the program. All abstracts must be written in English and in the required format. Please find below the instructions for abstracts layout and abstract submission.
- Authors are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
- Abstracts should focus on one of the Congress Topics (CLINICAL EXCELLENCE,3D IMAGING,BONE ANCHORAGE AND ADJUNCTIVE SURGERY IN ORTHODONTICS,ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL TREATMENT WITH ORTHODONTICS,FREE TOPICS).
- Abstracts containing no more than 2000 characters (about 300 words), including spaces, must be written in English. The abstract text should be structured into the following format: Background, Aims, Materials (or Subjects) and Methods, Results, Conclusions (a statement such as “the results will be discussed” is not acceptable).
- The discussion and references parts should be included to be confirmed by scientific committee that corresponding research has been finalysed.
- Figures, tables and other illustrations may not be included in abstracts.
- Abstracts can be submitted only via the congress web site.
Each participant may submit up to two abstracts as a presenting author. After a successfully completed submission, an acknowledgement of receipt of the abstract will be sent to the author’s electronic address,just if the article is accepted to be evaluated with the refrees. All contributions will be reviewed before inclusion in the program. The organizers will publish only the abstracts submitted by authors, who pay their registration fee.
The deadline for submission of abstracts is April 9, 2010.
Abstracts received after this date cannot be considered for evaluation.
Notification of acceptance of abstracts will be sent electronically to the corresponding author by April 30, 2010.
